SDFI requirements are collected from SAP through email, and our ERP system uses this information to plan for shortages based on our stock availability.
The production sequence is verified, and the assembly team receives the job card for assembly.
The tyre and wheel rim are transported to the assembly location, cleaned, assembled, and undergo air checks and paintwork post-assembly.
Assembled units are transported to the dispatch area for PDI checks and a quality audit. On completion, identification and quality stickers are affixed, and the units are prepared for dispatch.
After the PDI, the assembled units are loaded onto the truck according to the post-paint sequence and dispatched. Subsequently, they are transported to the line as needed.
